It presents a bright and attractive yellow color with great aromatic intensity highlighting the floral aromas, some tropical fruit and nuts. In the mouth stands out for the harmony, with a sweetness well balanced by the freshness of the acidity.

Porto Monge Tawny 10 Years
Porto Monge Tawny 10 Years is a blend of Port wine created from the heritage of wines aged in the Favaios Cellar, all with more than 10 years of aging. With a golden amber color, denoting careful aging in wood, it presents delicious aromas of dried fruit, caramelized and spicy nuances, and some notes of
ripe fruit. The taste is rich and velvety, smooth and deliciously sweet.
Grape Varieties : A blend of several red grape varieties from the Douro region, the most representative being Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Tinta Amarela.

COUDEL MOR RED
Vinification: Total destemming, crushing, prolonged maceration for 5 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 26ºC.
Alcohol/Volume: 13%

Flavour: Full-bodied, soft and balanced;
Food Pairing: Great to accompany red and well seasoned meat dishes. It should be served at 16º to 18ºC.

Grape Varieties: Fernão Pires and Arinto.
Vinification: Destemming and crushing, peculiar pre-fermentative maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC.

Coudel Mor Reserve Red
Winemaking:
Total destemming, crushing, and extended maceration for 5 days with fermentation temperature maintained at around 26ºC. Maturation of 4 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour. Well-ripened red fruits and complexifying woody aroma. Fruity, smooth and balanced taste with clear presence of woody notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Must be served at 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with hearty, strong-flavoured dishes, especially meats and cheeses.
